Our small business is in need of an automated attendant. We're looking for a product that can help us.?
We currently are working with:
An Avaya ACS Processor Release 7, an Avaya PC voicemail card and an Avaya ASA/DXD card. When people call and the line is busy, there is music when they are on hold. We have 5 incoming phone lines, 7 phones connected and 4 different operators who work on different days to answer all calls.
What we want to do is:
We want to be able to route our calls. When people call us on any of our lines we would like them to hear a message that says:
"To schedule an appt. please press 1"
"To verify a patient please press 2"
"For all other inquires please press 3"
When the caller presses "1" we would like for them to be placed on hold for anyone to answer. When the caller presses "2" we would like for them to hear a short message then be placed on hold for anyone to answer. When the called presses 3 we would like for them to be placed on hold for anyone to answer.
