Is yahoo or skype video / voice calls are 100% private?

I want to know that is any other person can watch me or hear me (without my permission) during my video or voice call from Yahoo or Skype, Even the site / Messenger maintenance person(s) even a single person in the World. This is very important question but i didn't got a single question relating to the privacy policy of the Yahoo & skype Messenger... Please give me suitable answer..

There is nothing in the world that is 100% private! If the information is important enough to somebody (in $s) there is always a way to hack into it for a cost. As for as skype calls & video go, they are tightly encrypted. It would be much cheaper and easier to just hide a microphone and video camera in your (or the other person's) computer room than to break the encryption.

People waste too much time worrying about security leaks in new information systems while most all leaks occur by human error (e.g. writing down passwords) or with old fashion (1960s era) devices.
